Stiebel Eltron heat pump water heater error codes

Pick your series. Codes differ between generations, so match the model number on the rating label.

• Accelera 220 E / 300 E14 codes · Front-panel LCD with Menu, Plus, Minus and Rapid-heating keys; a service/fault (wrench) symbol is continuously illuminated (fault does not prevent operation) or flashing (water is not being heated). The fault code is read by repeatedly pressing the Menu key until it appears after the 'changing units' menu. Codes prefixed 'E' are shown in 'Fault code menu 2'.
• Accelera 220 E / 300 E (earlier manual edition)11 codes · Front-panel LCD with Menu, Plus, Minus and Rapid-heating keys; service/fault symbol continuously illuminated or flashing; fault code shown after the 'changing units' menu.
• Accelera 300 (no controls)0 codes · None. 'You do not have to make any adjustments. The water heater is therefore not equipped with any controls.' (pg. 11). No fault codes are documented.
