What it means
Condensate drain port blocked. Water heater will only operate in standard/electric mode until the drain port is cleared and the sensor is no longer in contact with water.
The manual says the control must detect this 10 time(s) before the code is displayed.
What Bradford White says to do
Press any button to silence the alarm, then clear the condensate drain by removing any drain lines and connections and clearing debris. Reattach drain lines and connections, then allow the water heater to run. The water heater will continue to produce hot water using the backup resistance heating elements until the condensate drain has been cleared. Contact a certified technician to assess and repair the water heater based on the fault codes.
