What it means
Condensate Drain Pan Port Clogged. The heat pump will stop operating and an alarm will sound; the unit continues to produce hot water using the backup resistance heating elements until the drain is cleared.
What GE says to do
Press any button to silence the alarm, then clear the condensate drain by removing any drain lines and connections and clearing debris. Reattach drain lines and connections, then allow the water heater to run.
