Dry Tank Fault
What it means
Dry Tank Fault. The water heater has not been filled with water before powering up; powering up without water will damage the electric heaters (not covered by warranty).
What GE says to do
Confirm water in tank. Fill the tank completely; press ENTER to stop the alarm and then cycle power when the tank has been filled. If the tank is confirmed full, F75 may be a false indicator: turn the breaker off for about 10 minutes, then back on. If F75 persists, schedule GE Appliances Service.
