Bradford White · Heat pump RE2H (-1NCWT models)
Bradford White Heat pump RE2H (-1NCWT models) error code F6
What it means
T3b sensor (evap outlet temperature) failure. The control detects the thermistor output is at or nearly shorted or open circuit.
The manual says the control must detect this 10 time(s) before the code is displayed.
What Bradford White says to do
These steps involve electrical testing or parts replacement. Bradford White's manuals tell owners to leave that work to a qualified service technician.
Check respective temperature sensor mounting, wiring to control and resistance. Use service mode to monitor sensor temperature. If temperature sensor checks OK, control assembly may have failed.
